Job Duties:
Install Drippers – Workers install irrigation drippers into predrilled holes on growing slabs. All irrigation trippers must be dipped in disinfectant before installing into slabs. Plant- Workers place small plants we receive from the propagator onto the growing slabs. Hanging Strings/Collect String- Workers working on hydraulic carts hang hooks with string on the crop guide wire Tie on string- Workers take the sting and using a special knot tie the string to the plant stem Beef Fill Line – Worker places full beef tomato crates onto conveyor line and place empty boxes onto carts and then positions carts for return to greenhouse. Beef Stack- workers take full packed tomato boxes and stack them onto designated pallet. Beef General Jobs- Any miscellaneous activities in the beef packing area Beef Pack- Packing beef tomatoes into boxes Pack 4 packs Packing tomatoes into clam shells Packing General Jobs- Any miscellaneous activities in the packing area. Clean packing area. TOV Fill line – Worker places full TOV tomato crates onto conveyor line and remove empties. TOV Stack - Worker places full TOV tomato crates onto conveyor line and places empty boxes onto carts and then positions carts for return to greenhouse. TOV Poly pack- Worker packs TOVV tomatoes into plastic bag. TOV Pack – Worker packs TOV tomatoes into box. TOV General Jobs- Any miscellaneous activities in the TOV packing area Make RPC’s Opening or closing of plastic boxes for product shipping Repacking- Repacking of tomatoes due to change in sales order Regrading- Regrading of tomatoes due to quality issues Pick Beef green- Workers are required to use their hands or clippers to pick green beef tomatoes from the plant and gently place them into picking crates with calyx intact and facing up. Bad tomatoes and tomatoes on the floor are to be collected and placed into the garbage bins. J-Hook-Place hook in the shape of a J onto string and tomato cluster to avoid kinking of truss Leaf General- Any miscellaneous removal of leaves from plant stem Greenhouse General Jobs- Any miscellaneous job in greenhouse Bio help-Helping with beneficial controls in greenhouse Maintenances other greenhouse- Miscellaneous cleaning jobs in greenhouse, pull weeds etc. Twin Hooks- Installing double plastic hook at base of tomato plant. Meeting-Food Safety, Orientation, Training- Company training or meeting sessions. Glass clean up- Cleaning of broken safety glass from floor of greenhouse Spraying- Worker applies biological and chemical products to the crop.

Special Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older, this job requires a minimum of 3 months experience in planting, harvesting, sorting, grading, and packing tomatoes. Workers may stand in one place for long periods of time and must be able to climb, stand, sit, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, bend (from the waist), push, pull, reach and lift while performing their required job duties. Workers may be offered more than the standard hours of work in a single workday. Workers may volunteer to work additional hours when work is available. Hours of work may increase/decrease depending on crop yield can occur at any time throughout the season. Workers should expect periods of little/no work during growing/harvesting time Workers should come prepared wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the environmental and working conditions described
