Job Duties:

We need a seasonal employee to do the following: Run a sprayer effectively and independently. Mix proper loads, spray proper rates, and keep records. Service machinery. Operate irrigation motors and poly pipe, risers, and valves. Lay poly pipe, punch holes and complete maintenance and repairs on irrigation system. Will need to operate a tractor to disc, row up, plant and complete other field work. Employee will need to prepare fields, work dirt, plant, spray, irrigate and harvest. Employer may provide performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the crop season based on crop performance at the employer’s discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests as required by workers compensation for work related incidents at no cost to the employee. Must have a regular drivers license and 3 months of experience.
