- Job Duties:
- We farm 2,000 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. Employees will assist with planting, maintaining and harvesting the crops. They will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting these crops. General, seasonal maintenance of the farm properties is necessary as well, and cannot be conducted during the cold and snowy winter months. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
