- Job Duties:
- We farm a total of 13,000 acres of cotton and grain sorghum. Employees will be driving equipment including harvest equipment, and will be working around the shop. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
