- Job Duties:
- Maintain roads by scrapping, leveling, cleanup, and watering for dust control at main site, housing areas, and nearby roads – February to November Operate tools and equipment for building and updating ag facilities – February to November Seasonal upkeep of debris, weed control, grass, and trees – February to November Fly and bug control as needed – February to November Remove manure from lagoon storage to stacking pad after rain – February to November Clean and remove manure from cow pens – February and November May have to work nights, possibly weekends. Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath; maintaining of worksite and equipment; also cleaning location and equipment; rate of pay may be more depending on experience.
