- Job requires driving tractors and operating farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest crops as well as being able to perform mechanical repair and maintenance. 3 months experience is required. Applicant will operate farm vehicles on public roads and must have or be able to obtain driver’s license within 30 days after hire. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
