- Job Duties:
- Drive tractors and operate farm equipment to till soil to plant, irrigate, and fertilize crops. Perform manual labor, mechanical repairs, and maintenance. Three months experience, basic literacy reading, and math skills required. Operate farm vehicles on public roads. Must have or be able to obtain drivers license within 30 days of hire. Increase in hourly rate and/or discretionary bonus may be possible depending on merit at the sole discretion of the employer.
