- Job Duties:
- General farm labor, including but not limited to, driving and controlling farm equipment and attached farm implements to plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest grain crops. Must be able to operate tractors, combines, cotton pickers and semi trucks. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
