Job Duties:
Job duties include the following but is not limited to: Drive and operate farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting and harvesting grain and oilseed crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, rock picking; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Manual labor, drain excess water from crops, assist with irrigation of crops. Put crop in bins as well as remove grain. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Chop weeds. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and perform incidental repair to farm machinery. Maintain and clean agricultural building and yards. Applicants must note that the entire farm has a zero alcohol tolerance policy towards alcohol. Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, inside of all vehicles, around farm machinery and equipment and inside housing. Crops: Rice and soybeans

Special Requirements:
Minimum of 3 (three) months verifiable experience is required. Must know GPS guidance. Work is performed outdoors and workers are exposed to extreme hot temperatures and humid conditions. Physical manual labor requires extensive pushing, pulling, sitting and walking, frequent stooping or bending over and some movements are repetitive. Workers must be able to lift 60 pounds. Must be able to obtain driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Due to the liability of driving on roads and/or driving big expensive machinery, a drug screening check will be required post-hire at the employers expense. Failure to pass drug test will result in termination of employment with our company. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
