Job Duties:

Workers will operate farming equipment to prepare land to plant corn, cotton, sorghum and wheat crops, irrigate crops and harvest crops. Duties are to maintain, clean and service farm equipment. Maintain farm grounds including mowing, and trimming grass, repairing fences and buildings and cattle pens, erecting and painting fences, repairing buildings, and other similar general farm duties. Depending on weather and wheat crops, Lavake farms may bring in stocker cattle during this time and may request that the workers assist with moving cattle to and from summer grazing pastures, this is not a guaranteed task as it is dependent on weather conditions.
