- Job Duties:
- Help repair & maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Drive tractor, plow fields, planting & harvest rice crop/soybeans and working outside in inclement weather conditions. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; operate crawfish boat; weigh & tag crawfish, wash & grade; assist loading crawfish trucks, repair traps as needed. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
