- General farm labor, including but not limited to: Driving and maintaining farm vehicles and machinery such as trucks and tractors; Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as machine implements, grain bins, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery used to plow, harrow, fertilize, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops; Maintaining irrigation pipes and ditch systems. Workers have the opportunity for overtime on Sundays. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
