- Job Duties:
- Physical labor to operate equipment to assist in the production, cultivation, and harvest of crops such as corn and soybeans; receive, dry, store, ship grain; record, manage, and produce reports from grain data, records, and logs; track fields and varieties of crops; clean and maintain facility and equipment; load and unload grain at harvest; operate GPS farm equipment equipped with harvest data technology as necessary to facilitate the movement of equipment to and from the field; set-up, maintain and download data on farm machinery in order to analyze and improve performance and production in the field; safely enter and exit equipment and navigate multiple levels of stairs; communicate in English and be able to calculate and convert using the Imperial System for measurement; operate Vertical Grain Systems software or its equivalent; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
