- Job Duties:
- Job requires the operation of GPS equipment and other farm equipment such as tractors, sprayers, combines, semi-trucks and other equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, and harvest crops. Employees will perform general farm labor, so they must have mechanical skills and the ability to perform maintenance. Three months of experience along with basic literacy, reading and math skills are required. Applicant must have, or be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Drug testing may be performed after hire at the employer's expense. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
