- Perform safety checks on grader tables with moving conveyors that sort and pack crops; perform maintenance of grading area in accordance with federal food and safety standards; rebuild grader including conveyor, belts, pulleys, etc.; daily maintenance, quality control, and operation of wash pits, fluming pipes, barrel washers, incline conveyors, sorting/crowning tables, bin fillers, bulk loaders, T-belts; fix and maintain valves, pipes, bearings, belt lacing, and small motors; functioning Trane hydro-cooler and tunnel cooler.
