Job Duties:

We are a row crop grain farm focused on production of corn, soybeans, wheat, popcorn and organic row crops. We primarily produce identity preserved grains such as NGMO corn or variety specific soybeans for end users and require skilled team members that have a high attention to detail. We are looking for team members that are also hard-working and passionate about agriculture, and will work with other team members to complete seasonal goals. Job duties will include tasks such as: equipment maintenance and preparation, equipment cleaning, tillage, planting and seeding, fertilizer application, grain harvest, and transportation of fertilizer, grain, and seed. Team members will also need mechanical knowledge and ability to complete mechanical repairs and maintenance to on and off-road equipment, along with facility maintenance. We also offer performance-based incentives each season and for the contract period.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license and obtaining an Indiana driver's license will be required. Requires 3 months tractor and semi operating experience. Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug testing at employer's expense to enforce a drug-free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination.
