- Job Duties:
- Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, trucks, loaders and combines to plant and harvest Agricultural Commodities and general labor. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and general labor. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Employees would assist with calving in spring and fall, pen maintenance and fencing in the summer, putting up corn field fence in the fall as well. Also putting up and moving temporary fence for intensive grazing in the summer. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

- Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Employer will conduct criminal background checks and post-hire and random drug testing at employer's expense. Conduct drug testing to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Will not hire anyone with a violent or theft criminal background. May deduct for willful destruction of property. Require a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
