- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize and harvest crops, wash equipment, address repairs, performing mechanical repair and maintenance (including welding), lay and pickup poly pipe, driving semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months experience are also required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
