- Job Duties:
- We have a corn and soybean farm operation. Employees will be required to perform any and all daily activities related to corn and soybean farm operation. Such as helping with planting, harvesting, irrigating, spraying, mowing, shop work, maintenance on equipment and service work. Employees will need to operate equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines and other farm equipment.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must have a CDL or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Welding and mechanical experience beneficial. Require 3 months experience.
