Job Duties:

Employee will perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest and store grain crops. Employee must have experience with GPS Systems in Farm Equipment/Machinery. Machinery to include Tractor(s), Seeder, Air Drill, Sprayer, Grain Cart, Combine(s) etc. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, mower and drill to tractor for mowing and or tillage, along with knowledge of using a rock picker and roller. Employee must have knowledge of how to properly tow and move seeding and harvesting equipment safely down public/county gravel roadways from field to field. Drive and operate grain trucks/semi-trucks with trailer(s)/grain trains with pup trailer, to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, basic facility maintenance/upkeep and shop work.
