- Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize and harvest crops; and performing mechanical repair and maintenance. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months of experience are required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
