Job Duties:

On the farm, workers will complete farm duties such as: cleaning, on-going maintenance, and washing equipment to assist in the farm up-keep. Additionally, the workers will assist with field operations on the farm. Plant, cultivate, and harvest corn and soybeans. Workers will operate tools and machinery such as tractors, trucks, forklifts and skid steers to assist in applying manure and ground tillage prior to planting and after harvesting corn and soybeans, and will perform general upkeep of crops and plants. Workers will repair farm buildings, fences and other structures. After harvest, workers will install drainage tiles in the fields and clean up surface waterways. During the summer, workers will put up a new grain bin or do mill wright work. Workers will also build a new storage shed or renovate an old storage shed. Workers will work in the fields to help control weeds and maintain road ditches as well as performing basic maintenance of farm equipment and tools.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs/75yds. Minimum three (3) months experience. CDL Class A Drivers License or its foreign equivalent Drivers License and a clean driving record is required.
