- Job Duties:
- Job requires operating farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements (both with and without GPS guidance systems), sprayers, combines, cotton pickers, semi-trucks, mowers, and tow motors to till soil, plant, cultivate, spray, irrigate, fertilize, harvest, and transport crops to elevator or storage area. Job will also require performing maintenance and repair on field, farm, and shop equipment; welding; working with irrigation equipment including irrigation pipe, irrigation motors, and center pivots; laying irrigation pipe; cleaning and servicing farm equipment; cleaning and maintaining shop areas and grounds; using hand tools in fields to remove undesirable plants; clearing and maintaining irrigation ditches; emptying grain into dumps. Daily job duties may vary. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience or merit.

- Job requires having, or being able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required. Criminal background checks may be possible post-hire at the employer's expense. The employer may terminate the worker (foreign or domestic) if the employer discovers a criminal conviction record of assault or theft or status as a registered sex offender that employer reasonably believes, consistent with current law, will impair the safety and living conditions of other workers. Work will be performed outdoors during times when temperatures could exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
