- Job Duties:
- Workers will spread poultry litter to fertilize farm land, build and repair fences, manange and working cattle, operating trucks and tractors to cut and bail hay, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles. Cleaning the shop, shop yard, housing and house yard as well as keeping fields free of debris. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Drug testing may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
