Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to operate farm equipment to prepare fields for planting, work fields and harvest rice, soybeans and corn. Farm sanitation duties and performing maintenance and minor repairs to farm vehicles and equipment. General farm labor, such as walking fields, irrigation duties, shovel, drainage, cleaning shop, etc. will be required. Drug tests may be performed post- hire at not cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide by all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties required.
