- Job Duties:
- Job duties include, but are not limited to, general farm duties including the operation of tractors with various implements, forklifts, skid steers and trucks to till soil, plant, mow, fertilize, irrigate, harvest and transport crop. Workers will be required to lift and carry various items on the farm including equipment, rolls of sod and other supplies. Job will also require repairing, maintaining, cleaning, and regularly servicing farm equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- The job will require lifting weights of up to 50 lbs; having, or being able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire; exposure to summer temperatures in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit; pushing, pulling, stooping, bending over, sitting, walking and repetitive movements while working. Drug screening may be done post-hire at the employer's expense. Criminal background checks may be possible post-hire at the employer's expense. Basic English literacy and math skills are required. Drug testing and criminal background check may be performed to ensure safety on and around the worksite since employees will be operating heavy equipment.
