Job Duties:

Drive and operate forage harvester and/or silage trucks and semi trucks for custom harvesting operations. Also may include operating tractors, mergers, swathers, packing tractor. Mechanical experience is preferred and a bonus. Drive heavy trucks to transport produce to elevator or storage areas. Drive transporter trucks to haul harvesting machine between work sites. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs. Equipment: Tractors, Forage Harvesters, Swathers, Mergers, Silage trucks, Semi trucks, Silage bagger

Special Requirements:

Extensive sitting. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of driving heavy trucks and equipment on public roads. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Minimum of (3) month experience required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. No minimum education required. Mechanical experience is preferred and a bonus. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
