- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal help to operate machinery to plow, harrow, combine, and fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops (spring wheat,winter wheat, milo and corn). Spraying of crops and cutting and bailing hay. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. $1 per hour raise for anyone who returns for two or more consecutive seasons with additional bonus possible if performance is satisfactory.
