Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with our farming operation. We farm with cattle, row crop and hay. Employees will need to till crop ground, plant crops and harvest the crops. Employees will have to cut and bale hay. Employees will operate all farm equipment to complete the job including trucks and tractors. Employees will work and gather cattle as needed. Must be able to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

Special Requirements:

Must have a regular driver's license and be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Must be able to lift 80lb bales. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Require 3 months experience with row crop farming.
