Job Duties:

Our operation includes 3,000 tillable acres of cash crops including spring wheat, soybeans, sunflowers, barley, oats, flax and corn. We also have 3,000 acres of CRP. Employee will operate large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS, such as tractor, sprayer for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops. Employee will assist with mowing, spraying, and upkeep of farm property. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. ***Please note that for 2024 and all future years, we will file for a March 15 starting date to cover our entire crop season.
