Job Description

- Job Duties:
- All duties necessary to plant, maintain, harvest, transport and package an end product pallet ready for sale with conventional and organic production. Must have previous experience with working under strict food safety SOP's on file. Workers must have extensive experience with irrigation, both drip and overhead. Field maintenance experience also required. The farm has a 7 day work week. In compliance with NYS Law, workers will receive a designated day of rest weekly, which will be different for every worker to ensure farm operations are uninterrupted during the week.
