Job Duties:

Assist with custom harvest operation. Operate a variety of machinery, i.e. combines, grain carts and Semi-trucks. Drive heavy truck to transport produce to elevator or storage area. Drive truck to haul harvesting machines between work sites. Service, clean machinery and make in-field repairs. Employer may pay longevity and performance increases at employer's direction. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion. Employer will deduct for willful destruction of property. This includes repairs due to operator/driver negligence of nay form (eg. Creating damage to equipment when operating equipment while on cellphone). No cellphone use will be allowed while operating any equipment.

Special Requirements:

Must have a CDL driver's license or equivalent or be able to obtain one in 30 days of hire. Require positive employment references. Clean driving record - MVR as required by the State DOT. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Job requires extensive sitting, and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Post-hire drug testing and random drug testing will be conducted at employers expense. Speak and understand English. Require 3 months experience.
