Job Duties:

Farm worker's required activities are the following: Judge the correct size of harvest-able squash, pick squash from bush by hand or with knife, place squash in field containers, collect squash in containers at end rows, load containers on trailer, was and grade squash on conveyor, box squash and move into refrigerated storage, move irrigation pipes in fields, hoe weeks from squash field, and perform sanitary practices. Workers must be able to lift 50 lbs and have 3 months verifiable experience in harvesting yellow and zucchini squash and moving irrigation pipes as required since we do not train employees with they arrive. Incorrect sizing of squash can result in rejection of an entire load.
