- Job Duties:
- Planting, pruning, training, and limb positioning of trees. Typing, taping, clipping tree limbs to wires. Weeding, hoeing, cleaning and pruning trees and shrubs. Hand thinning tree to ensure proper growth. Irrigate farm soil and maintain ditches or pipes and pumps. Operate and service farm machinery. Plant, harvest, move shrubs, plants, and trees with wheelbarrows or tractors. Work requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling. Able to lift50 lbs. No experience, training, or education is required. The employer will provide on-the-job training. Employer will furnish to workers without cost all tools and equipment required to perform duties assigned. Worker will be giving 30 minutes for lunch breaks. Beginning and ending times will vary depending on the conditions in the field.
