Job Duties:
Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, and combines to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize, & harvest crops as well as performing mechanical repair, maintenance, and some welding. Position will drive semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading, and math skills and 3 months experience required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
