Job Duties:

Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, and farm roads. Soybean and Corn crops involve: assisting with planting & harvesting, operating farm equipment, maintaining grain bins (sweeping and leveling grain, loading/unloading trucks). Crawfishing involve: manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate motorized crawfish boat, assist loading/unloading trucks, frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements; and working outside in inclement weather conditions.. The worker may be requested but not required to work more than 7 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop. All tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United. States.
