- Job duties include: Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and perennials. Harvesting trees, shrubs and perennials. Spring and Fall. Picking fruit from our orchards and farm. Maintaining farm where farm is weed free and where all plants and trees are healthy and ready for sale. Operating Kubota Tractor and Case Skid Steers. Additional Wage information: $20.00/hour with the possibility of a bonus depending on employer discretion and worker performance.
