- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the following, but is not limited to: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather, baler and rake. Silage chopping, haying, hauling grain and silage. Assist with irrigation of crops - maintenance of pivots for irrigation purposes. Maintenance of machinery and equipment - this includes duties such as lubricating and repairing of farm machinery

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months verifiable experience is required. Workers must be able to operate John Deere farm equipment, must be able to drive a manual tractor trailer. Workers will perform physical and manual work. Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 75lbs. Workers to obtain drivers license 30 days from hire.
