- Job Duties:
- On farms, assisting in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops such as soft wheat, hard wheat, soybeans, and corn. Employees will be expected to operate tools and machinery such as tractors to plow, spray, and perform upkeep of crops. Duties will also include cleaning and maintaining grain storage bins. Employees will harvest crops and haul grain to storage locations after harvest. Driving and operating trucks to haul grain and farm supplies. Additional duties include mowing, trimming, and cleaning up when necessary. Perform basic maintenance, upkeep, and repair of farm equipment and tools as necessary.
