Job Duties:

General laborers needed on crawfish farm. Crawfish duties include: harvesting crawfish from our fields, transporting back to our farm sight, washing, grading, preparing crawfish for bagging by cleaning and removing parts, inspecting for defects, repetitive movements, packaging, boxing, loading and unloading of trucks; weighing crawfish; package for sale or consumption, frozen, cleanup, sanitize, and maintenance of worksite and equipment. The worker(s) may be requested but not required to work more than 7 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage based on piece rate performance ($2.50/pound) and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience; random drug screening, paid by employer. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
