Job Duties:

Ballesteros Packing LLC is the sole operator of Silva Ranches - a ranch which is owned by RSJ Farms (please see Venture Agreement attached herein). Ballesteros Packing LLC, as detailed in the Venture Agreement, owns an undivided 100% ownership of the Crop grown on Silva Ranches because it is the sole operator of the farm. Ballesteros Packing LLC employ laborers who grow and harvest the broccoli, cauliflower and Lettuce on this farm. Ballesteros seeks to hire 5 laborers to haul the produce from their farm (from the field in its unmanufactured state) directly to storage coolers located in Salinas CA for the upcoming harvest season for the above specified crops. The employees will load the raw produce from the field into their trucks, which are 2016 and 2016 single Axle Volvos and Peterbilt trucks. Once loaded, the employees will drive the raw produce from the field directly to storage coolers in Salinas California. Once the produce is unloaded into the storage coolers, the employees will drive the truck back to the trucking terminal to be picked up the next morning for the next round of pick up and drop offs just as described above.
