TAKE INVENTORY, GRADE PLANTS DIG, PLANT, CULTIVATE AND HARVEST, LIFT, CARRY AND LOAD/ UNLOAD NURSERY STOCK, MOVE OR LOAD SUPPLIES AND ANY OTHER MANUAL TASK INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION OR HARVESTING OF NURSERY STOCK AND THE MAINTANANCE OF FIELD AND OTHER PRODUCTION AREAS. EXPOSURE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES, REPETIVE MOVEMENTS EXTENSIVE PUSHING, PULLING WALKING AND STOOPING. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 40 LBS
