Job Duties:

Bus driver/supervisor will pick up workers from housing, take them to worksites, walk field, supervise workers, and drive them back to their housing. They will conduct proper worker timekeeping and job activity recording using a scanning device. They will also assist in ensuring proper field sanitation efforts are met, such as clean drinking water, bathroom and handwashing facilities available to workers. Driver/supervisor is required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the grocery store. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a federal farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense.
