Job Duties:

We farm 4,500 acres of wheat, sugarbeets, pinto beans, soybeans & corn in northeast North Dakota. Employee will be sitting in a tractor (with GPS) and cultivating, harrowing, land rolling, operating grain cart for harvest, picking rock with a rock picker we pull behind a tractor, driving grain trucks to/from the field and going to the farm or storage location to dump when we're harvesting, driving to town to get parts for machinery and/or getting supplies. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. ***Please note that for 2024 and all future years, we will file for a April 17 starting date to cover our entire crop season.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience
