Job Duties:

Operate equipment used to prepare the land for planting, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops such as tractors, sprayers, spreaders, harvesters, combines, planters, drills, and trucks. Attach and operate farm implements. Scout crops. Assist with farm equipment and structures maintenance and repair. Haul crops from field to storage facilities.

Special Requirements:

The anticipated workday is 8 hours a day, Monday through Saturday; average of 48 hours/week. The actual hours may vary and there may be periods when little or no work will be available due to weather, time of year and the requirements of the cropping program. The worker may be offered more than 8 hours per day, but is only required to work 8 hours per day. Workers may be requested, but will not be required, to work on the worker's Sabbath. Minimum of three (3) month's of experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-60 days of hire.
