- Job Duties:
- General duties at a Ranch/Christmas tree farm involve Christmas tree cultivation (Irrigate, maintain, prune). Clear fields by removing stone and debris, brush hogging, hay planting, building fences to keep animals out of the hay fields and Christmas trees (preventing injury by animals), building/setting up irrigation lines to provide water for the Christmas trees, cattle, and pastures. Bale, load, unload and stack hay which is used for sale and cattle consumption. Use of mechanized equipment such as loader, forklift, brush hog.
