- Job Duties:
- The workers will be using a long handled hoe to hand weed weeds around the lavender plants and fruit trees and grapes, they will also be weeding in areas where we have wood chipped 4-6 inches in which pulling weeds is easiest. The workers will be provided gloves and knee pads. The workers will be using a small sickle to harvest the lavender flowers. The workers will be sitting at a table bundling stems of lavender with rubber bands and then hanging the bundled lavender on racks in a dry storage. The workers will be helping us spread wood chips with rakes.
