- Workers will be picking blackberries manually according to shape, color, maturity level, and/or ripeness. Workers must be available to work the entire duration. Workers must have good hand and eye coordination. Other duties may include but not be limited to field maintenance, repairing irrigation hoses, applying stakes and mulch in fields, and pruning blackberry bushes in blackberry fields. All tools provided at no cost to the workers.
