- We need employees to assist with the maintenance and weeding of the crops, Employees will complete general equipment maintenance and cleaning, grounds and building upkeep and cleaning, assisting with harvest operations, planting crops with a riding transplanter, irrigation, sweeping grain bins, and general manual labor.
