Job Duties:

The employer will provide the tools necessary to perform the described job duties without charge to the worker. The employer will charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the worker's refusal or negligent failure to return the tools or due to such worker's willful damage or destruction of the tools. Harvesting Watermelons (cutting) The workers is required to grade & cut, or pull product from plants, and place on side of row way. Harvesting Watermelons (field loading) The worker is required to pickup melons from row ways and pitch to harvesting equipment, which will be received by worker on harvest equipment and stacked and placed in order received until equipment is filled to required capacity. Packing produce (in field) The worker will be required to make cardboard bins or boxes, unload harvest equipment, and place on line. Grade watermelons, & sticker each melon. Clean up harvest packing area. Move field harvest equipment on farm. All of the packing is done on the field.
